In Hong Kong, they got ’em too. Sales and promotions, they say. Guess you gotta hunt around for a good deal. They got places that sell used ones, too. “Pre-owned”, they call it. Makes it sound better, don’t it? But if you’re buyin’ used, you gotta be careful. Make sure it’s real, not some fake thing from a market stall.
People talk about these watches online, on somethin’ called Reddit. Share pictures, ask questions. Some even make jokes and funny pictures about ’em. Must be nice to have so much money you can joke about spendin’ it on a watch.
So, are they worth it? Well, they say they hold their value. That means you can sell ’em later and get some of your money back. Maybe even more, if you’re lucky. But for me? I’d rather spend that money on somethin’ useful. Like a good pair of shoes, or a warm coat. Somethin’ that’ll last and keep me comfortable.
But hey, if you got the money and you want a fancy watch, go for it. Just make sure you know what you’re gettin’ into. Don’t go spendin’ your life savings on somethin’ you don’t really need. And remember, time is precious, no matter what kind of watch you wear.
