Tagline reads “When a crisis threatens the world, they’re always there.”

Announced in July 2016, the movies tell an original story that focus on the battle between the 9 cyborgs and “Blessed,” a group of unknown psychics who have a special power far beyond human intellect. One of few people who have found the existence of the group, a journalist named Lucy Davenport visits a house in Texas, USA, where the cyborgs now live. Having saving mankind from crisis several times since the Cold War and thanks to the establishment of the United Nation Army named “Guardians”, they have been able to spend a peaceful life. But Lucy’s visit and Blessed’s threat lead them to an all new battle.
